Our highly qualified staff will find the best rate and the right equipment going where you need it to, and will provide you with a competitive quotation keeping your best interests in mind.
• Timely Contract Implementation
With our automated systems, once an agreement for CSI to provide services has been established, written agreements and contracts can be implemented quickly and efficiently.
• Dispatch
All shipments are dispatched by CSI staff. We educate ourselves on all our customers’ needs. We communicate all the requirements to the drivers and provide directions, so the customer doesn’t have to.
• Shipment Tracking
CSI provides ongoing tracking of shipments and email confirmation of all pickups and deliveries. We believe that clear communication between customers, drivers and dispatchers is essential.
• Continuous Carrier Monitoring
CSI continuously monitors its carriers, ensuring that the authority is active, insurance is in place at all times, and that the safety stat scores are in satisfactory order.
• Claims Investigation
CSI works closely with its customers on all claims investigations, making sure that claims are processed promptly.
• 24/7 Customer Support
CSI may be contacted after hours for the added convenience of all our customers and carriers.
• Hazmat Certificate of Registration
When required, CSI ensures that the Hazardous Materials Certificate of Registration is in order.
• Electronic Data Interchange
Utilizing the latest technology, CSI incorporates EDI as part of its customer service. EDI serves as a faster and substantially more efficient way to communicate and process business data.
• CarrierWatch
This service allows CSI to conduct instant and up-to-date carrier background checks regarding insurance, certifications, and an array of documents for thousands of U.S. and Canadian carriers. CarrierWatch serves as an invaluable tool and is part of the CSI process that helps to ensure that your cargo is in good hands before it leaves the dock.
• Secondary Insurance
CSI carries additional cargo insurance for added security to our customers.
• Document Management
Along with the services of CarrierWatch, CSI maintains and manages current required paperwork on thousands of carriers, including insurance, certifications and contract carrier authority.
